White Oak Festival 2025

Accommodations

TENT CAMPING

Tent camping is available on site at White Oak for $20 per campsite.

Our 3 camping areas, Orchard Springs, Black-eyed Suzy and Shady Grove, are a great place to stay while you enjoy the fest. They are all a short walk to the venue and all the attractions White Oak offers. The campsites are tent only and there is no access to electricity. Campers are welcome to use the modern, ADA accessible bathrooms and shower facility in the main building.

Campsites are first come, first served. There are great choices for everyone.

There’s plenty of parking, and cars must be parked at the main parking area.

Please ask if you need assistance getting your camping equipment to your campsite - we are happy to help.

And remember, no canned music is allowed at campsites. Jamming is encouraged, but if it’s getting late, please kindly relocate your jam to the campfire or the barn area so that little ones can get to sleep.

The camping and RV areas open at 4pm on the Friday of the fest, and camping permits are good through Sunday at noon!

Book your campsite when you buy your tickets!

RVs / TRAILERS

In addition, we will also have level RV and trailer spots in a separate designated area for the same $20 camping pass. There are no electrical hookups, and there will not be ingress and egress during the weekend — once in place, we request that RVs and trailers stay put until Sunday morning. Passes are good through Sunday, August 13th, 12pm. You can reserve your RV spot just by buying a camping pass on our website when you buy your tickets.

Gates open at 4pm on Friday, August 9th. Please aim to have your trailer set up by 9pm on the Friday.

Please email further camping or RV inquiries to info@savannasanctuary.org
